Bolivian survivors call Jesuits' expulsion of a laicized Catalan priest an empty gesture
After a church process found the Catalan former priest guilty and the order expelled him, a Bolivian survivors' network said the move is symbolic because he still lives in a Jesuit residence under restrictions. A Spanish court earlier ruled he could not be prosecuted because the time limit had expired.
