eXp Realty and parent AGNT reached a confidential settlement with an agent who alleged she was sexually assaulted by company-affiliated recruiters, without admitting wrongdoing, as her federal trial against two former recruiters opened in Los Angeles. A separate suit by four other women naming eXp is still pending.
